Multiple Location
The Multiple Location Addendum to the Processing Agreement must only be used in conjunction with a new Processing Agreement. If you are already processing through Petroleum Card Services or its ISOs on the North Platform and would like to add additional locations to your existing account, you will need to fill out the Additional Location form listed below.

This form is for merchants that are already processing on the North Platform through Petroleum Card Services or one of its ISOs.
